Our Attorneys

Mr. Faux is devoted to providing competent and effective representation for small businesses and health care providers. Prior to joining The Faux Law Group, Leland worked with business development executives at an HCA affiliate hospital. He was also a legal clerk for Intermountain Health Care, a network of over 23 hospitals and a full range of health entities that serves the medical needs of millions of individuals in Utah and Idaho. Mr. Faux believes in the health care industry’s mission to help others and he feels the quality of the people in health care is second to none. Mr. Faux belongs to the Health Law section of the American Bar Association and the Health Lawyers Association.

Mr. Faux is also dedicated to his work in the surety field. As part of his surety practice, Mr. Faux has vigorously represented clients' interest in court. Recently, he successfully defended a client against a $1.7 million surety bond claim through motion practice. Mr. Faux is skilled in researching and writing about legal issues. Based on the quality of a paper he wrote, he was selected to present at an annual law symposium.

Mr. Faux is a devoted husband and father of three. Outside of work he spends most of his time with his family, writing, reading, playing the piano and pursuing other musical interests. He serves as the Webelos den leader for his local Cub Scout pack, and enjoys helping the boys in his den become better citizens.
